All Professional Services are governed by separate engagement agreements or engagement letters which will supersede these Terms as applicable. Your use of any free or supplemental tools on this Site does not create a client-professional relationship unless confirmed in a separate written engagement.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloadable materials—is owned by or licensed to ATaxDog and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
